We keep it simple. Analytics (PostHog) runs by default and the consent banner lets you opt out anytime; opting out stops capture and clears stored analytics identifiers. Your consent choice is stored in your browser and recorded server-side with your IP stored only as a salted hash. Form submissions (request access, product waitlists, event signups) are stored in Airtable and used only to evaluate and respond to your request. We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers.
If you buy a paid subscription, checkout is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe collects your email, card details, cardholder name, billing address, country, and business name, and records your acceptance of the product license terms. We receive a customer record with your email, business name, billing address, subscription status, and your card brand and last four digits. Billing records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and financial record rules require.
